Ticket Cancellation

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Once a ticket is booked, it cannot be canceled, transferred, or exchanged for any reason, including change of plans or personal emergencies.
• We will proceed the refund within 30 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 45 business days.

Event Postponement or Cancellation

• In the unlikely event that the show is canceled by the organizer, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
• Notification of cancellation or postponement will be communicated via email, SMS, or the official website.

No Show Policy

If a ticket holder does not attend the event for any reason, no refund or credit will be provided.

Technical Issues

• If you face technical difficulties during the ticket booking process (e.g., payment failure, duplicate booking), please contact us immediately.
• Refunds for duplicate charges will be processed upon verification.

Resale or Unauthorized Transfer

Tickets once purchased cannot be resold or transferred. Any such attempt may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.
